No matter how motivated you are to workout on your own, training yourself can be a tough task. It’s hard enough getting to the gym let alone thinking about what workout produces the best results for you. So, why not let me do the thinking for you!
I have made my personal best progress when others write a workout program for me. If I write my own workout program I typically include every goal and exercise in the kitchen sink. This, of course, is the worst thing to do.
We all tend to gravitate towards what we like to do and not what we should be doing in order to reach our health and fitness goals.

- Monthly created programs that are catered to YOU and YOUR goals. Each program consists of a proper dynamic warm-up (mobility, flexibility, core, power), strength training based off of my 7 Pillars of Human Movement, conditioning (cardio) work and recovery methods.
- Access to my email (I answer promptly), and video database to ensure that you are performing all of the moves correctly that I prescribed for you.
- Program touch ups via Skype, Facetime, or any other video meeting (can be an additional cost), with audio feedback.
- Weekly emails exclusive to my online coaching group.
