I got lucky, folks.
At a young age, I realized that if I didn’t clean up my eating I was going to struggle both in my performance and in the way my physique looked.
I had already been bitten by the workout bug at the age of 16 but my eating was horrendous. I didn’t even eat my first real salad until I was 17 years old!
Yes, I started out a little rough but in college I finally got it. If I didn;t fuel my body properly, I was not going to get stronger, build muscle, lose fat, or perform well in college.
So, I started to study as much as I possibly could about nutrition and supplementation.
The result 17 years later is a true understanding of basic principles of eating and supplementation that I want to share with you all.
I post about proper eating strategies, supplement principles, and developing sound habits regularly on my social media outlets and the internet. While I do feel that the fundamental principles and practices that I preach can work for just about everyone, we all have some individual tweaks and habits we need to work with in order to fully understand what we need to consume on a daily basis.
