Along with progressing my running, I am looking for exercises that I can implement to improve my conditioning. The kettlebell Squat Clean has become one of my favorites both for me and my clients. It is a safe move where we can use a substantial amount of weight, use multiple muscle groups and implement high rep sets to improve fat loss and conditioning safely and functionally. After you feel comfortable with those two movements you can move on to the Squat Clean.
Look for an update soon on how I am tweaking my training for the Men’s Health Urbanathlon. Enjoy!
